Request deletion
You can ask us to delete personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@48hrwebsites.com with the subject line Delete My Information Request.
What to include
- Your name.
- Your email address and phone number used with the project or form.
- Your business name, if applicable.
- What you want deleted, corrected, or accessed.
Verification
To protect customer data, we may need to verify your identity or confirm that you control the email address or business associated with the request before making changes.
What may be retained
Some information may need to be kept for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, payment, or business-record reasons. For example, Stripe transaction records and accounting records may be retained as required by law or platform policy.
Timing
We will try to respond promptly and complete valid deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe. Complex requests, active projects, disputes, or legal/accounting obligations may take longer.
Stop communications
You can also email us if you want to stop non-essential follow-up communications. We may still send transactional or project-related messages when needed.
