Information we collect
We collect information you submit through our website, intake forms, checkout flow, email, or project communications. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, project details, selected package, selected add-ons, and messages you send us.
Payment information is handled by Stripe. We do not intentionally store full card numbers on our own servers.
How we use information

- To process payments and create Stripe Checkout sessions.
- To build, manage, support, and launch customer websites.
- To send project updates, kickoff details, invoices, receipts, and support messages.
- To improve our website, offers, operations, and customer experience.

How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the business and deliver the service. This may include service providers such as Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and form/email infrastructure, email providers, domain/hosting providers, and tools you ask us to connect to your project.
We do not sell your personal information.
Customer website materials
When you provide logos, photos, copy, account access, or business information for your project, we use those materials to build and support your website. If you ask us to connect third-party tools, we may handle access credentials or setup details only as needed for the project.
Data retention
We keep project, payment, and communication records for as long as needed to deliver services, support customers, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. You can request deletion using the Delete My Information page.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or transaction-history reasons.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the size and nature of our business. No internet service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
