Who we are
48hr Websites is operated by Welcome To Spectacle, LLC. These Terms of Service apply when you browse our site, submit a project request, purchase a website package, or work with us on a website build.
Services
We design, build, and launch small-business websites using the package, add-on, and project details selected during checkout or agreed to in writing. Package names, included features, timelines, and prices may change over time, but your project is governed by the details confirmed at purchase or kickoff.
48-hour and delivery windows
The 48-hour Starter window begins after payment, kickoff, required content, approvals, domain or hosting access, and needed third-party logins are complete. Pro and custom projects use the timeline stated on the site or in the written project notes.
Delays caused by missing materials, late feedback, unavailable third-party accounts, domain access issues, requested scope changes, or platform outages may extend the launch window.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Third-party products such as hosting, domains, email, CRM tools, booking tools, ecommerce platforms, stock assets, paid plugins, or other subscriptions are billed separately by those providers unless explicitly included in writing.
Refunds and cancellations
Because project work can begin quickly, refunds are not guaranteed after kickoff or after design/build work has started. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. We will review the work completed, costs incurred, and any remaining balance in good faith.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, contact, project, and payment information.
- Provide content, brand assets, account access, approvals, and feedback on time.
- Confirm that you have rights to any text, images, logos, trademarks, or other materials you provide.
- Review the site before launch and tell us about needed corrections.
Ownership
After full payment, you own the final website deliverables created specifically for your business, excluding our pre-existing tools, templates, code libraries, workflows, stock assets, third-party services, and licensed materials. We may reuse general methods, layout patterns, components, and know-how.
Portfolio use
Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may reference your project in our portfolio, examples, marketing, case studies, and social content.
Acceptable use
You may not use our site or services for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or harmful activity. We may decline or stop work on projects that create legal, reputational, security, or safety concerns.
Third-party services
Your website may rely on third-party providers such as Stripe, Cloudflare, domain registrars, hosting providers, analytics tools, email tools, ecommerce systems, or booking platforms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or failures by third-party providers.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We work carefully, but we do not guarantee specific traffic, rankings, revenue, leads, sales, uptime, or business outcomes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
